We are in a young environment with many students and expats. By listening to and thinking along with our patients, we continue to innovate as a practice. That is why mental health is one of our focus themes, and that is why you can always come to us during consultation hours. Repeat prescriptions
You can request your repeat prescriptions via the patient portal. When you log in to the patient environment, you can choose your medication from your medication list. In the patient portal you can also receive reminders when you need your medication again. Can't figure it out? Then you can call our practice. We are happy to help you!

General Practitioner Kronenburg and General Practitioner Middenhoven work together with physical physiotherapist. In case of muscle or joint complaints, it is useful to gain immediate insight through short lines of communication and to make a treatment plan. The physiophysics staff are present in our building.

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a patient makes an appointment, but then does not come to the consultation hour. This causes us to lose an unnecessary amount of time. This lost time is at the expense of other patients who would like to make an appointment.
If you cannot make the appointment, we ask you to cancel the appointment (preferably 24 hours) in advance. Another patient can then be scheduled in your place.
What happens if you do not cancel (in time)? If you do not show up without notice, you will receive a note in your medical file. The first time this happens, the assistant will contact you and ask you to cancel the appointment in time the next time. If this happens again, we may charge you for this appointment.

This bill is not reimbursed by your health insurance and you will have to pay it yourself. With this rule we follow the national guidelines of the LHV (National Association of General Practitioners).
